CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Kids are encouraged to bring their Teddy Bear to the park for Charleston's annual Teddy Bear Picnic.
The Charleston Parks Conservancy is hosting the seventh annual Teddy Bear Picnic on Sunday, March 6 in Hampton Park. The free event invites families to get outside and enjoy the county's 120 parks and green spaces.
The picnic from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. includes a Teddy Bear first aid station, crown making, face painting, cookie decorating and more. Kids and parents can also enjoy live music and other entertainment. The afternoon wraps up with the Teddy Bear parade.
