NORTH CHARLESTON (WCSC) - A crash involving three cars slowed traffic heading into North Charleston from Mount Pleasant on the Don Holt Bridge Wednesday morning.
One lane was blocked as officers with North Charleston and the City of Charleston responded to the accident.
According to SCDOT, the accident occurred westbound on the bridge, one mile east of the Virginia Avenue Exit.
It was called in at 7:33 a.m. One hour later, officials were still on scene and called in a tow truck, dispatchers said. The scene was cleared by 9 a.m.
No injuries were reported.
At 8:42 a.m., the drive time from Mount Pleasant to West Ashley on I-526 was 36 minutes.
