North Charleston Police have arrested a man they believe shot and killed one woman on Sunday morning.
Police say Davey Ramsey has been charged with murder, attempted murder, and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
North Charleston Police responded to the shooting in the 6800 block of Ridgebrook Drive, around 3 a.m. Sunday morning.
20-year-old Shalaine Jenkins was pronounced dead at the scene. Another victim was taken to MUSC.
According to Police Ramsey allegedly picked up the victims, and took them to the residence on Ridgebrook Drive when some sort of altercation took place that resulted in shots being fired.
Ramsey is expected to have a bond hearing on Monday.
