CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - The Citadel is facing two new lawsuits involving convicted child molester Louis Skip ReVille.
Lawsuits name President Lt. John Rosa, former executive assistant Col. Joseph Trez, school attorney Mark Brandenburg, and Jennifer Garrott, who was the summer camp director where ReVille worked as a counselor.
The suits claim the boys would not have been abused if the Citadel had not tolerated and covered up ReVille's behavior.
They are asking for a jury trial, money for physical and emotional harm, and attorney and court fees.
ReVille is serving a 50 year sentence after pleading guilty.
