GOOSE CREEK, SC (WCSC) - The Goose Creek Police Department is investigating after a bomb threat was called in to the post office on North Goose Creek Boulevard.
According to Assistant Chief of Police John Grainger, a caller claimed there was a bomb under a car in the post office parking lot.
At 11:50 a.m., workers were given the clearance to return to work.
Officers had set up a secure perimeter and were checking vehicles in the parking lot for any suspicious devices.
At this time, no suspicious items or devices have been identified.
