Authorities in Georgetown searching for stolen landscaping equipment

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a vehicle and lawn equipment that was stolen overnight.

Earlier today Georgetown County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to Waccamaw Landscaping located at 1066 Petigru Drive in the Pawleys Island Community of Georgetown County to the report of missing lawn equipment. 

According to authorities, he suspect or suspects forced entry into a secured area of the business and stole twenty-two landscaping tools and a truck.

The truck is a 2004 F-250 that is white in color with tinted windows and black tires. 

Twenty-two various lawn tools such as backpack blowers, weed-eaters and chainsaws were stolen as well. 

Anyone who has any information on the stolen vehicle and tools in the attached images is asked to contact the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office at (843) 546-5101.
