Two days after the killing, North Charleston Police issued arrest warrants for murder against Green and 17-year-old Deandre Murphy. Police also arrested two 20-year-old women, Victoria Deas and London Maybank.
According to an affidavit, surveillance video showed Green and Murphy coming out of a white Dodge Durango and firing multiple shots at Brantley, who was found near his motorcycle in a parking lot on East Montague Avenue. Investigators say Deas was driving the vehicle and Maybank was a passenger.
A judge denied bond for Deas and Maybank, who face charges of being accessories to the crime after the fact. Bond was also denied for Murphy, who was arrested on charges of murder, armed robbery and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
As police continue the search for Green, friends of Brantley are holding a fundraiser to honor him at Gene's Haufbrau in West Ashley on Monday night. That event, which will raise money for Brantley's family, begins at 6 p.m.
Anyone with information on Green's whereabouts should contact Crime Stoppers at (843) 554-1111.
