BERKELEY COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

Two people are facing charges for methamphetamine after deputies investigated a campsite in the Bethera community of Berkeley County.

The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday Laura Yarbrough and Christopher Martin, both of Bonneau, were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and manufacturing methamphetamine.

"Department of Natural Resources  Law Enforcement officers were patrolling in the area Bethera community of Berkeley County when they located a campsite," reads a statement from the Sheriff's Office. The two were arrested after the DNR officials called deputies in to assist with an investigation.
