CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is asking for the public's help to locate a 15-year-old Myrtle Beach teen who may be in the Charleston area.
Authorities say Jessica Calles disappeared from the Myrtle Beach area on May 1. She may be in the company of 24-year-old Javier Ramirez, who may go by the alias Jose Robles Ramirez, and the two may be in the Charleston area, according to NCMEC spokesperson Ashley Iodice.
On May 2, officers were alerted that Calles was not at school as expected, and had run away with Ramirez, according to an Horry County Police report.
Jessica Calles is 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. Jessica's ears are pierced.
Javier Ramirez is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.
