Residents in the Forest Hills Community on Dorchester Road, and Dorchester Manor and the Gables of Charleston neighborhoods off Ashley Phosphate Road reported heavy flooding Sunday where they live.

Israel Izzy said water has begun receding in the Forest Hills area as city officials work to clean storm drains.

Scottica Rapp, who lives in the Gables of Charleston, said water has been slowly receding, but says rain has picked up again in that area.
