NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) -

Electronic billboards along I-26 will feature information of a reward for information in an unsolved shooting death.

North Charleston Police spokesman Spencer Pryor says the announcements will advertise a $30,000 reward for information leading to an arrest of a suspect in the shooting death of 35-year-old Barri Shank.

Shank was fatally shot outside a North Charleston hotel just after midnight on Memorial Day morning, police say. He was found at approximately 12:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the Hyatt Place Hotel on West Montague Avenue, according to Charleston County Deputy Coroner Sheila Williams.

Shank was visiting the area from Bay Village, Ohio at the time of his death, Williams said.

Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call North Charleston police at (843) 554-5700.
