CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - Dylann Roof's attorneys say they will not request to move's Roof's federal trial out of Charleston.
That trial is expected to begin on Nov. 7.
On Wednesday, defense attorneys asked for the jury to be selected from the Charleston and nearby Beaufort areas, and not from across the state.
About 1200 to 15000 people are expected to be summoned.
Roof faces 33 federal charges including hate crimes.
