Authorities in Georgetown County searching for stolen motorcycle

MURRELLS INLET, SC (WCSC) - The Georgetown County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in locating a stolen Kawasaki motorcycle.

According to authorities, at approximately 8:45 p.m. on June 15, 2016, Georgetown County Sheriff's Deputies were notified that a motorcycle was missing from a home on the 500 block of Coquina Avenue in the Murrells Inlet section of Georgetown County.

The motorcycle is described as a 2000 Kawasaki Ninja ZX600, mostly red in color with black flames, a TRR logo and emblem on the seat, and chrome accents.

The victim stated they last saw the motorcycle around 8:30 p.m. on June 15, 2016.

Authorities ask anyone with any information regarding the stolen motorcycle to contact the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office (843) 546-5101.
