NCPD asking for public's input on creation of citizen's advisory commission

NORTH CHARLESTON (WCSC) - The North Charleston Police Department is asking for the public's input on the creation of a citizen's advisory commission on community relations.

According to the news release, people are invited to attend a community engagement forum scheduled for two different days this week.

On Monday, the event will be held at the Alfred Williams Community Life Center Auditorium from 6:30 p.m. through 7:30 p.m.

The public is also invited to speak with officials Tuesday at Cathedral of Praise from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
