MONCKS CORNER, SC (WCSC) - Mended Little Hearts of South Carolina, a nonprofit organization that helps families of children with Congenital Heart Defects, is hosting a fundraiser dinner this month.
The funds will be used to support the chapter's Bravery Bag program. Bravery Bags are filled with toiletry items, activity books, stuffed animals and snacks.
The bags also contain information for parents about heart defects, surgeries, and medications. The bags are given to families to show them that they are not alone in their journey.
