CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - The Crosstown has reopened to traffic Monday nearly three hours after a concrete truck overturned on I-26, forcing eastbound lanes to be shut down.

The accident initially forced police to reroute motorists to the Meeting Street exit, Charleston Police spokesman Charles Francis said.

The crash was reported shortly before 11 a.m.

There is no word as of yet on injuries.
