CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - The Charleston Police Department says a portion of a downtown street has been reopened following a roof collapse Thursday evening.

According to police, Exchange Street from Prioleau to Concord was closed to traffic and has since been reopened.

CPD officials say part of the roof at a home on Exchange Street collapsed.

No injuries were reported.
