Police: Three men arrested, narcotics and stolen gun seized

BLUFFTON, SC (WCSC) -

The Bluffton Police Department Strategic Response Team and Special Investigations Unit made three arrests after executing a search warrant. 

Officials say that during the month of August, 2016 members of the Bluffton Police Departments Special Investigations Unit conducted an investigation into the sale and distribution of illegal drugs being sold by multiple suspects at 191 Buck Island Road, Bluffton, South Carolina. 

According to reports, on August 4, 2016 members of the Bluffton Police Departments Strategic Response Team (SRT) along with the Special Investigations Unit (SIU) executed a search warrant at 191 Buck Island Road, Bluffton, South Carolina. 

Detectives found suspected Crack Cocaine, Cocaine, Marijuana and a stolen handgun while searching the residence.

While executing the search warrant detectives arrested Richard Dean Frazier, Mark Tony Haynes and Albert Thomas Chatman Jr. 

While searching the residence Detectives located quantities of suspected crack cocaine, cocaine, marijuana and a stolen handgun. 

Detectives say they have also identified additional subjects involved with illegal drug activity at the residence and additional charges are pending.

All three subjects currently in custody are charged with: Possession with intent to distribute crack/cocaine, possession with intent to distribute within ½ of a public park, possession of cocaine, possession of a stolen handgun, and simple possession of marijuana.
