ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - The Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office is searching for a person of interest after a number of vehicles were stolen in Cordova.

On Aug. 1, a Bamberg Road man reported his John Deere Z830A zero-turn mower and a 2014 Polaris Ranger 800FS four wheeler were taken from his property.

"The owner said that around 1 p.m. he parked his equipment on his property due to inclement weather," OCSO officials said."Around 5:30 p.m. when he returned, the trailer and the two machines were gone."

According to OCSO officials, the owner is offering a reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the theft of the $26,000 worth of outdoor equipment.
