LADSON, SC (WCSC) -

Deputies say the theft occurred during the early morning hours of July 31 in front of a home in the Hunters Bend subdivision.

"Surveillance video shows what appears to be three white males pull up in front of the residence from different directions in a Toyota Extend Cab pickup truck and a compact sedan," Chief Deputy Mike Cochran said.

Deputies say the video shows the three men quickly loading the gray and black 2004 Kawasaki ZX6R Café style motorcycle into the bed of a 2-wheel drive, early 2000s Toyota Tacoma pickup truck and fleeing the scene.

Detectives are hoping the public may be able to identify the men from still images extracted from the surveillance video, Cochran said.

Anyone who may be able to identify any of the men in the images is asked to contact the  Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office at (843) 719-4412 or Crime Stoppers at (843) 554-1111.
