Judge denies bond for 2 suspects in fatal Dorchester Co. shooting, 3rd suspect at large

DORCHESTER COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

A magistrate judge denied bond for two people charged with murder in the death of a 20-year-old Summerville man.

Natalie Ruth Biering, 17, of Round O; and Bryan Edward Burton, 21, of Summerville, were arrested Wednesday and are both charged with murder, according to Dorchester County Sheriff's Maj. Tony Phinney.

A warrant for murder has been issued for a third suspect, Denzel Lavar Kelley of Summerville, Phinney said.

The Dorchester County Coroner's Office said Jaquito Taro Delilse Williams of Summerville died at 10:05 p.m. Tuesday from gunshot wounds to the neck and chest. The coroner says Williams died at the 1500 block of Orangeburg Road. 

According to a report from the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office, deputies were dispatched to the 1500 block of Orangeburg Road around 11 p.m. to find an unconscious, bleeding man lying in the front yard of a home.

He was surrounded by several people, according to the report. 

Emergency responders administered aid but later pronounced him dead at the scene.
