CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) -

Charleston's Board of Architectural Review will take a second look at plans to build and African American history museum Wednesday.

The International African American Museum is set to be built next to the Charleston Maritime Center.

Officials estimate the 35,000 sq. ft. facility will cost around $75 million.

The board gave conceptual approval for the museum in March of 2015.
