GLENDALE, CA (WCSC) - The FDA announced a recall on Nestle Drumstick ice cream cones.
According to the FDA, the company received positive results for Listeria when equipment surfaces of the production line were tested. The FDA says the product may not directly contain listeria, but was in contact with the contaminated equipment.
No illnesses have yet been reported.
It is advised that customers who have purchased the 16 count variety pack or the 24 count vanilla pack, immediately return the product, call or text Nestle Consumer Services at 1-800-681-1676 or email Nestleproductinquiry@casupport.com. Representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
