3 SCE&G business offices to remain closed due to Hurricane Matthew

Cayce, SC (WCSC) -

Three SCE&G business offices will remain closed temporarily due to impacts of Hurricane Matthew.

Offices in Holly Hill, Florence and Beaufort will be closed Monday, and updates on reopenings will be posted online and through the company’s social media sites.

“Hurricane Matthew has been the most significant weather event for us since Hurricane Hugo, and our thoughts are with our customers and employees that were impacted by this storm,” said Sam Dozier, vice president of customer service at SCE&G. “While these offices remain closed, we will continue to serve our customers and support them.”

Customers will continue to have options for service.

SCE&G offers online payment options (www.sceg.com) and 24-hour call-in customer service (1-800-251-7234) as options for conducting business with the company.

The following business office locations will be closed Monday:

  • Beaufort Customer Service Office 108 Robert Smalls Pkwy Beaufort, S.C. 29906
  • Holly Hill Customer Service Office 1085 Gilway Ave Holly Hill, SC 29059
  • Florence Customer Service Office 1812 N Irby St Florence, SC 29501
