The victim said the vehicle was in her mother-in-law's name.

According to the victim, a red air compressor and assorted tools were in the vehicle.

Authorities describe the suspect as a white male, 5'11", 35 to 45 years old, a tatooed left arm, with a bush brown beard and wearing sunglasses, a white T-shirt and camouflage cargo pants.
