BCSO: Two shot in Goose Creek, authorities investigating

BERKELEY COUNTY, SC (WCSC) -

Officials with the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office say two people have been shot in unincorporated Goose Creek Tuesday night. 

According to BCSO officials, the incident happened along Pineshadow Drive near Red Bank Road. 

The victims have been taken to an area hospital. 

Investigators were seen putting crime scene tape around a residence.

A portion of the street has also been closed off.

Deputies and detectives are actively working the scene with K-9 units assisting. 

No known suspect information is known at this time. 

In addition to deputies, residents also reported seeing officers with the Goose Creek Police Department and EMS crews responding.
