SUMMERVILLE, SC (WCSC) - Berkeley County deputies are investigating a pair of shootings late Sunday night in Summerville.
Deputies responded to the 1700 block of Leisure Lane at approximately 11 p.m. and found a man wounded in the right calf.
The victim told deputies he had been shot but would not cooperate further, the incident report states.
While on the scene, officers received word of a second shooting victim in the 100 block of Shellmore Trail. The second victim was found in a home suffering a gunshot wound to the left thigh.
Deputies say the second victim was also uncooperative with investigators.
Both victims were transported to Trident Hospital.
Officers found blood and 14 shell casings at the Leisure Lane location.
Deputies say a bounty hunter said he had received a call from a concerned citizen identifying the person responsible the shooting. The bounty hunter told deputies he was going to pick up that person on a bond revocation, the report states.
Deputies have not identified the person named as the possible gunman.
