NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - A judge had denied a request to dismiss a lawsuit against a company associated with Donald Trump Jr. involving property in North Charleston.
Trump Jr. was part of a company called Titan Atlas who rented space to another company, Saint Gobain ADORFS, in North Charleston.
Saint Gobain is suing Titan Atlas in civil court citing that their property was ruined in a flood.
They are claiming $4.5 million in damages.
DB Pace, which is owned by Donald Trump, is also listed on the lawsuit since they are now the owners of the building where the flood occurred.
