NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - North Charleston Police say a 22-year-old man remains on the run following a murder in September.
Authorities asked for the public's help Tuesday to locate Marvin Angelo Pressley, Jr.
He is wanted for the murder of Shadeed Price on Sept. 7, 2016, according to North Charleston Police spokesman Spencer Pryor. Pressley shot and killed Price after a physical altercation that occurred at approximately 9 p.m. on Sept. 7 on Ranger Drive in the Waylyn Subdivision of North Charleston, Pryor said.
Price was transported to MUSC where he died from his injuries two days later, according to the Charleston County Coroner's Office.
Police say Pressley has been on the run since September and should be considered armed and dangerous.
He is from North Charleston, but could be in Columbia, Tampa or Orlando, Pryor said.
Pressley is 5'7", weighs 140 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call North Charleston Police at (843) 740-1015 and ask for the on-duty detective.
