North Charleston Police say they arrested a 27-year-old in connection with an armed robbery and shooting incident in February.
Deantre Maybank appeared in bond court Saturday morning, where he was charged with multiple crimes.
Those charges include possession of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, armed robbery, burglary in the first degree, and filing a false police report.
Maybank was previously charged with murder, kidnapping and weapons charges in 2016. The murder charge was eventually dismissed.
Deantre Maybank is charged with two counts of armed robbery, burglary, filing a false report and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, according to North Charleston Police Capt. Scott Perry.
Police responded to the Fairwind-Oakfield Apartments on Feb. 28 after reports of multiple gunshots early that morning.
Maybank was being held at the Al Cannon Detention Center.
