North Main Street reopened after fatal collision involving motorcyclist and deputy's SUV

SUMMERVILLE, SC (WCSC) - North Main Street in Summerville has been reopened after a motorcyclist was killed in a crash overnight, officials say.

According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, a man on a motorcycle collided with a Berkeley County Sheriff's Office Ford Explorer and a Dodge Neon just before midnight.

The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Robert Lee Clark, Jr.

The accident happened near West Luke Street, officials say.

Highway Patrol and the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office are investigating the crash.
