CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - A West Ashley synagogue has been vandalized and Charleston police are trying to find whoever did it.
At approximately 9:20 a.m. Friday morning, officers responded to Synagogue Emanue-El at 5 Windsor Drive after an employee found a small hole in a window in the rear of the building.
Glass was found on the floor near the window, according to police, but none of the neighbors reported hearing shots in the area.
There have been no known threats made against the synagogue, Charleston police say.
