ISLE OF PALMS, SC (WCSC) - It may soon cost visitors more money to lay out on the Isle of Palms beaches.
The city's ways and means committee meeting Tuesday night includes a discussion of amendments to the managed beach parking.
Parking during last beach season from May 15 to Sept. 15 was regulated on public streets from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. No permit or fee was required in the "Beach Parking Zone"
The 2017 zone included Palm Boulevard between 21st Avenue and 40th Avenue as well as 42nd Avenue to 57th Avenue.
