CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) -

Charleston Police released surveillance images Thursday showing a couple they are searching for as they investigate the theft of three credit cards.

The cards were stolen on Feb. 7 from the James Island area, according to Charleston Police spokesman Charles Francis.

One of the stolen cards was later used at the West Ashley Best Buy store the same day, he said.

The man and woman in the image might have information that could assist police with the case and detectives are asking for help in identifying them.

Anyone who recognizes them is asked to call the Charleston Police Team 3 Office at 843-720-3916 or to email the detective at cherryt@charleston-sc.gov or murrays@charleston-sc.gov or call Crime Stoppers at 843-554-1111.
