CHARLESTON COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - Bond has been set at $175,000 each for three suspects arrested in connection to a case involving a fatal shooting and human remains found in Adams Run.
Brian Scott Edwards, Sarah Ann Giggleman, and Ralph McClenney were each charged with accessory after the fact to murder and desecration of human remains.
Officials with the Charleston County Sheriff's Office say Edwards and Giggleman, both of Adams Run, turned themselves in at the Al Cannon Detention Center. McClenney was taken into custody on Friday.
Authorities have already arrested Patrick Lee Gregory with murder. His girlfriend, Sarah Suzan Kelley, was charged with accessory.
The sheriff's office say detectives at this point are not looking for any other suspects.
Last Thursday, a witness called deputies to report that a murder had occurred, according to an affidavit.
Deputies then executed a search warrant for the area of the 6900 block of Parkers Ferry Road at approximately 1 p.m. Thursday.
There, investigators discovered bones in a burn pile.
The Charleston County Coroner's Office determined they were human remains.
Detectives said multiple witnesses came forward claiming Patrick Lee Gregory said he killed the victim, "further stating the body would never be found," according to an affidavit.
Court records state Gregory shot the victim, dumped his body and then burned the corpse at the Parkers Ferry Road property.
Affidavits state Edwards assisted with the removal of the victim's body from the incident location, transportation of the victim's body to another location and assisting with the burning of the victim's body.
Authorities say a witness stated after Gregory murdered the victim, Giggleman, having full knowledge of the crime committed, assisted with the cleaning of the incident location. Giggleman also, according to court documents, assisted with the continuous burning of the victim's body over several days.
