DCSO: No threat after suspicious package investigated at post office in St. George

DORCHESTER COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - The Dorchester County Sheriff's Office investigated a suspicious package Wednesday morning.

Authorities responded to the post office on Memorial Boulevard in St. George, according to DCSO Chief Deputy Sam Richardson.

DCSO has deemed the package wasn't a threat.

“It looked weird but didn’t end up causing anybody any harm,” Richardson said.
