Charleston Southern's Evan Nations received Big South Baseball Starting Pitcher of the Week honors as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
Nations tossed seven complete, struck out five and did not allow a run in Charleston Southern's 6-0 series-clinching win over Longwood on Saturday. The right-hander allowed just six singles and did not issue a walk in the outing, as he claimed his first victory of the season.
Mickey Dugan from Gardner-Webb was named the conference's Player of the Week.
High Point's Rion Murrah was selected as the conference's Relief Pitcher of the Week.
Liberty's Logan Mathieu was selected as the conference's Freshman of the Week.
