DORCHESTER COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - A Brinks truck was robbed Tuesday morning.
It happened in the parking lot of the Food Lion in the 3700 block of Ashley Phosphate Road while the truck was servicing an ATM, according to Dorchester County Sheriff's Maj. Tony Phinney.
According to the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office, there are two suspects both armed with handguns.
The suspects got an undisclosed amount of money and left the scene in what is believed to be a 2010 or newer Infinity sedan turning towards Dorchester Road on Ashley Phosphate, according to the sheriff's office.
Police blocked off a portion of the parking lot while they investigate. The scene has since been cleared.
