WEST ASHLEY, SC (WCSC) - The West Ashley teenager accused of giving his 89-year-old neighbor a brownie laced with a tranquilizer, then stealing her stuff after she passed out has been in trouble before.
Christian Jellico, 19, is still in jail being held on a bond of $102,125.
His rap sheet is filled with prior arrests for theft.
In September of 2016, he faced 15 counts of petit larceny, three counts of breaking into a vehicle and damaging a vehicle.
He was also charged last year for receiving stolen goods and two counts of malicious injury to personal property.
A viewer provided video which they say shows Jellico vandalizing their security camera on a shed in October of last year.
Charleston Police arrested Jellico who pleaded guilty in December to damaging property and faced 30 days in jail or pay restitution.
Jellico paid the owner for the damage.
