Man accused of exposing himself to CofC students in downtown Charleston

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - A man is facing charges after he allegedly exposed himself to two College of Charleston students.

One victim told an officer she was walking home from class on April 9 when she saw a man later identified as Gregory Morris, 27, inside a grey Ford F150 pickup truck wearing jeans and a t-shirt, according to the incident report.

The report stated that the victim told the officer she believed Morris was masturbating and looking directly at her while he was inside the truck. She texted her roommate and advised they walk their dog together for safety. The pair then walked down the street and saw Morris in the truck masturbating again, according to the report. The victims then decided to take down the license plate number on the truck and wave down a CofC public safety officer, the report stated.

The officer then found Morris' truck and ran the plate, which came back that it was owned by Morris, the report stated.
