The St. George Police Department arrested 18-year-old Tyrell R. Hopkins, 19-year-old Ronald D. Summers, 18-year-old Ale K. Brown Jr. and 17-year-old Yo'Quan A. Summers.

"The case in question is very serious and alarming and it involves two minor girls under the age of 15," said St. George PD Chief Brett Camp.

According to police, the suspects met two girls at a local motel room in St. George, and during the evening the girls were given a controlled substance.

Police said the four suspects then sexually assaulted the two victims.

"The two victims participated in a forensic interview and both victims picked the suspects out of a photo line-up," Camp said.

Hopkins, Ronald Summers and Brown are charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor, two counts of distributing a narcotic with intent to commit a crime, and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Yo'Quan A. Summers was charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct and two counts of distributing a narcotic with intent to commit a crime.

"The suspects arrests stems from a two week long investigation where Detective Dunaway of the St. George Police Department was able to put together all the evidence needed to issue over 20 arrest warrants on the suspects," Camp said.
