ORANGEBURG COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - A driver has died after a single-vehicle collision in Orangeburg County on Saturday night.
At 7:09 p.m., a driver traveling on I-95 went off the road, striking a tree near mile marker 93, according to S.C. Highway Patrol.
Lance Cpl. Matt Southern said the driver died after striking the tree and becoming trapped in the vehicle.
Southern said the driver was wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision.
