Two Summerville men became first-time dads just in time for Father’s Day.

On Sunday at 12:35 a.m., De’Adrain William welcomed his first child after Renita Johnson gave birth to their daughter Londyn Adrianna William at Trident Medical Center.

Hours later, at 5:46 a.m., Quantez Glover welcomed newborn Cortez Lamar Glover with Essence Fraiser-Jenkins at Trident Medical Center as well.

Several more babies are expected to be delivered on Sunday, according to Summerville Medical Center spokesperson Kelly Bowen.

Special onesies were given out to babies born on Father’s Day at Summerville and Trident Medical Centers. The onesies read “Who needs a superhero when you have Dad.”
