In large bowl, blend the following:
4 extra large eggs
3 cups sugar
Add, blend well:
2 cups cooked pumpkin (Can substitute 1 can solid packed pumpkin, not pie filling)
2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup water
In another bowl, mix together, and add gradually to mixture above:
3-1/3 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
Mix well and pour into two prepared bread/loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until tested done. Let cool and enjoy! Bread may be frozen.
