GEORGETOWN, SC (WCSC) - 46 year old Victor White stands 6 feet tall and weighs about 160 pounds. White is wanted for Failure To Register.

He was put on the State's Sex Offender Registry for Criminal Sexual Conduct Third Degree.

White's last known address was a mobile home park on East Ashland Street in Andrews.
