Most Wanted Sex Offender: John Vaughan

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SC (WCSC) - 46 year old John Carroll Vaughan is wanted for Failure to Register First Offense.
Vaughan stands 6 feet tall and weighs 229 pounds.
Vaughan was put on the State's Sex Offender Registry for kidnapping a 13 year old boy in
Maryland back in 1984.
His last known addresses were on Prince Street in Georgetown.
