Recipe from Christine Hardy of Chickamauga, Ga.
Prep Time: 20 mins.
Total Time: 1hr to 1.5 hrs
1 lb of hamburger meat
1 small to medium onion chopped
1 container of sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup
2 large bags of shredded cheese (I use Colby and Monterey Jack)
1 bag of egg noodles (I use the broad dumplings)
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cook meat and drain, you can either cook the onions with the meat or add after meat is cooked.
3. Cook noodles as directed on package and then drain. Mix together soup, sour cream and one and half of the bags of shredded cheese, then add meat and noodles.
4. Be sure to coat the meat and noodles thoroughly. Place in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Cook for 30-40 mins.
Yield: 4-6 servings
Comments: I hope you and your family enjoy!!
