High pressure is building into the area from the northeast and slightly cooler and drier air will be building in especially into Sunday and Monday. Look for a mix of sunshine and clouds this weekend with highs in the mid 80's. Warmer weather will be on tap next week with sunshine and highs in the mid to upper 80's.
Hurricane Maria is forecast to stay out to sea, but bring heavy surf, small craft advisories, and dangerous rip currents to the beaches. Stay with LIVE 5 FIRST ALERT WEATHER for continuous updates.
Tropical Storm Lee has reformed in the Atlantic, but will remain out to sea. Not expected to impact land, no threat to us.
