Look for hazy and hot sunshine on Wednesday with highs near 90 and only a 20% chance of a scattered afternoon shower or thunderstorm. Thursday and Friday will find a front slowly moving east across the state and will be the focus of some showers and thunderstorms. Highs will stay in the mid to upper 80′s into the end of the week.

TROPICS: The low off the coast will head north towards the outer banks and be no issue for us. Leslie and Kirk are no longer tropical systems, but we will watch Kirk for any signs of redevelopment. .
