Dozens of final adoption hearings take place in SC on Monday

CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - For hours on Monday, family after family appeared before a judge.
Dozens of final adoption hearings took place across South Carolina including here in the Tri-county.
Sixty-three children were adopted from the foster care system into 43 families across the Palmetto State.
